As you can see, I went for “bright, stark, sterile, hospital-like interrogation room” instead of “dark, dingy, scary, Law & Order SVU interrogation room”.

Now she’s broken the story line wall. I think I’m in love.
AMG! So now the investigation gets interesting! As a one-dimensional character, how do we know the detective isn’t next? Or even Adam? Or You?! Or me?!
Did you trace that building or just use a reference? It looks really good.

haha that detective looks pretty intimidating, you know, with the male pattern baldness and all
what no one-way mirror?
Poor detective, if penny refuses to help then how will you ever get that promotion so you can take your blading family to hawaii? You wont…. thats how…. poor detective.
Still waitin for you to kill the other guy. I hate that guy.
Wow, there’s should be a new expression for breaking the fourth wall OR the storyline (or both <<) : You just did a Penny!
But seriously, yeah, I agree with P on this one.
That’s the interrogation room from The Matrix. Penny had better be careful, she may find her mouth missing and a robot worm inserted into her navel.
If Penny was doing the same thing in this strip as her last appearance, the detective would have a lead and Alex would be in trouble
Why such high ceilings in the interrogation room? Do they routinely bring in ten foot monsters for questioning?
Just wait for the next comic and everything will be clear… or not.
The building reminds me of the school from Back to the future or something from that movie
Lol she threw the 4th wall at him.
