I’m just imagining Penny doing the Dr.Evil finger thing when she’s talking about the bank part and non-evil stuff. That makes it 100 time more hilarious.
This feels very cartoony in a good way. If Out At Home became an animated series I would purchase every episode, even if I was’t asked to voice Herman.
Ha, I actually have lived in Holyoke… It’s not so bad when you’re known for carrying a gun and having no qualms about using it, but for the average person, it’s not a pleasant place to reside.
ha, holyoke is to western mass, as lynn is to eastern mass…..
can anyone finish this….lynn lynn the city…
if you can, your from eastern mass for sure…
insert “go hometown thing here”….go whitman….lakeville….middleborough….kingston….plymouth….yeh….i didnt realize it til now, but i lived in alot of places before the army….
Berkshires seriously……. blah. And the fricking leaf peepers From New york, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and even eastern Mass make my 5 minute drive to work take 45 minutes…. Bastards!
@bawks
agreed. the surrounding towns are pretty much crap. only bad thing in plymouth are the amount of cops and how willing they are to pull you over for going 3mph over the speed limit….especially on the waterfront
Yeah, the mall is basically in West Springfield. When you start to see things like boarded-up old brick buildings and chainlink fences around duplexes like some sort of ineffective, rudimentary prison compound, THAT’s Holyoke.

Holyoke sounds like a blast. With pipe bombs and stuff like that.
(All right, I’ll go sit in the corner.)
At least she didn’t go to Pittsfield. .. Thats where Nightmares go to be bored to death, Ha ha …. *sigh*
You could make this strip 4 panels of just Penny and I’d still read it <3
Holyoke huh? Sounds like the ultimate tourist trap.

Ah Holyoke. I worked at the Barnes and Noble there for a couple years and that was as far into the city as I really needed to go.
