365 Days and Counting…
November 19, 2009
UPDATE: Final version up. Yaay! Look for some Thanksgiving-themed minis and wallpapers of this strip on Thursday.
Also- In this strip, you’ll find all of the characters I plan to bring back in future OaH strips so far. I’ve redesigned a couple of them a bit, so don’t mistake that for a continuity error. Look for these guys in the next year!
Anyway…
One. Freakin. Year.
I think I now qualify as “long-running”.
Seriously, thank you all so much for reading and commenting and supporting me through all this time. In one year, I manged to grow from enough fans to count on my hands to somewhere in the low thousands. That’s pretty special. Plus, if this trend continues, I should outrank all other webcomics combined by November ‘10. It’s simple math, people.
Here’s to another year- and, God willing, several more- of delicious Out at Home flavor. Mmmmmm!

Congratulations on your first year! I’m quite the follower of webcomics (I read 20-30 of em, of which 10 or so are regular for a long time now). This has become one of the regular ones for me
Check it at every update interval and I’ve been enjoying it so far.
Thanks and here’s to another year! *clinks champagne glass*
mmmm…yummy
I don’t plan on going anywhere
Happy anniversary! Please keep up the good work!
Regards from Germany
Katja
If it’s an exponential growth curve, you’ll be more popular than the Internet soon.
Happy One Year Anniversary!
All hail Penny, gatekeeper of the fourth wall!
Congrats! Keep up the doodling!
I’m totally going to that kegger after. I figure the interdimensional travel should be simple once I figure out how to survive compressing myself into two dimensions…
WOOO HAPPY DAY 365 :3
congratz alex.
you could walpaperize this strip. it qould be great.
YAY FOR A YEAR! I love your comic, man. I hope for many more years of Out at Home to come.
Whoo, congrats on the one year anniversary! Here’s to more great years of Penny (and the rest of the Out at Home crew)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY…ANNIVERSARY…..WHATEVER!!!!!!!!
I year of great progress, wish you many years of success.
Congrats on one year, it’s been fun watching the strip grow. I’ll be here as long as there are updates to see.
Stickin’ around whether you like it or not.
Congratulations on Year One. I assume you’ll do a re-boot of the entire series to avoid any confusion after 365 days of continuity. I recommend more nudity!
James has a point. It’s time for you to do a Crisis at Home mini-series or Out at Infinite Homes. Penny will die. Herman will get depowered (lose his money). Bob will turn into Parallax. Ordog will become the new Penny.
Tasty!

ahahahahahahahaha
Who exactly are the three guys on the right
I like how some sunglasses reflect light on the edges, and other sunglasses don’t reflect light at all, and have soulless eyes behind them, burning like beacons to the underworld xD
Hey, congratulations man!
All right! Happy Birthday. Love to go to the kegger, what’s the nearest subspace domain number?
One year — congrats!
Hope the family situation clears up soon!
i guess its time for u to do the money dance!…… or the “wow look at the time i better go but okay since u incist, just one dance…. dance”
Been reading for a few months now and I love it! Keep it going!
@Nick J Boragina: The four on the right are and Adam from Operation Karate Bullets, the world’s most ruthless sports agent Andrew T. Luaeret, Luaeret’s security dude William, and Herman’s ex-wife Gina.

Looks great, apart from the secret service-dude’s sunglasses. They look so terrible compared to the rest of the picture. D:
So The General, and Billy wont be back?
Does Aldasair’s shirt say F**K! ?
I read 365 days worth of comics in 2 nights, i couldn’t stop. Can’t figure out why I didn’t discover this earlier but I will catch up! Give me another day or so. LOL. I love this comic.
Penny’s kegger wiolln’t be all that great. She finishes/ed off the first keg by the time the last guest arrived/es, and after that it wioll all have been Dustin running around in his boxers.
On a related note: ADAM…!
