It’s On The Kitchen Counter
January 19, 2010
OK, people. News a-coming from on high in the Network, which I shall pass on to you, thusly:
First of all, Legend of Bill has joined Rampage, so it’d be super neato of you to check it out. Secondly, Zed Reckoning has returned from hiatus, which means that it’s the optimum time to start reading it. It’s true, it’s science.
Go ahead and read them, I won’t be jealous as long as you never forget who’s number one around these parts.
…(it’s me)

I really do not like that man. More so because of this than anything else he’s done, just because I’ve worked in retail and dealt with customers like that and they FILL ME WITH A BURNING RAGE HURAHGGHGSBLHLSF!!!
Ahem. Yeah, anyway, funny comic.
Gah, I hate customers like that. It makes me happy that I just have to deal with them on the floor and not at the register or the customer service desk. >.<
same here … god toys r us during the holidays was frikkin brutal with rude idiotic people … cant imagine how the cashiers dealt with it … but yeah how cheap do u have to be to not bring ur wallet cause u planned on scamming the store to get a free item ??? …. and seriously doesnt he make enough money getting paid by the famous baseball player ??? … man people are crazy sometimes ….
Scamming the store? They’re the ones trying to scam him. They tell him it’s one price and then charge another. Distinguishing between flier and sign is pretty crappy of the store. Of course, it’s not these two’s fault the place is run that way.
Bob should just go all, “Well, fine. I’ll go get my food for free from instead! Take that!”
(Yes, I’m aware of the flaw in that logic, which is what makes it funny.)
Cub Scouts? What den of evil was this comic spawned!?
And this kind of thing is one of the many reasons I’m trying to get out of retail and into something else.
Like ditch digging.
well Pizza in response to the flier statement i work at a toys r us and if this store they are at is some kind of chain and not a mom and pop or privately owned place there may be some price differences cause i know at my job the prices are subject to change depending on store locations or time of the day or week and many other factors and the store price might not be the same as advertised in say the tv commercial, online site, or mailed coupons …. but i still say he’s scamming the store cause even thought the price is wrong on the item he DELIBERATELY left his wallet at home and is trying to take the item anyway … so yeah he’s a scamming cheap-scape lol
this reminds me of that guy I was telling you about who was pissed about his bread being rung up 10 cents higher and tried to call the cops…great story
Wanna stop them, arm a voice recorder and watch the buggers run.
