		<description>well in the light spectrum when light is refracted or filtered through things the biggest waves tend to be toward the blue end of the spectrum .... hence why the ocean and sky are blue during the most of the day ... the same can probably be said for her hair ... bluish hues might be more visible than others .... then again u could just solve the problem by painting her hair black entirely and use the &quot;shine&quot; in just plain white rather than blue ... lol</description>
