Hi, all. I was going to post two strips, one on Saturday and one on Tuesday, but i feel it’ll flow better if i do it all in one go. So expect a MUCH bigger-than-usual update on THURSDAY (Three rows!), with some filler sketches on Tuesday. See you then!

A Note About Recent Delays

(I wrote this in the comments section, but I thought I should put it here too, where it’s more visible)

To my fantastic fans:

I understand the concern about the recent delays, but keep in mind I do this on top of my full-time job. I’d love to commit more time on this, hell, it’s what I love to do and I hope some day to do it professionally. But, as it stands right now, real life comes first. If you can believe it, I barely make over a dollar a day on this website.

Believe me, I’m just as disappointed in myself that I’m not able to get comics out on time. But the fact is, doing this in my spare time means that if any inconvenience comes up, like, say, getting extra hours at work, or a computer malfunction, or unexpectedly traveling to Florida for my sister’s dance competition and setting up my computer in my seven-year-old cousin’s room, it’s going to put some stress on the schedule.

I’m not asking for all of you to like the fact that I can’t always deliver. I’d be unhappy if one of my favorite comics couldn’t keep up, too. All I’m asking for is understanding. (And, at the risk of sounding like a money-grubbing whore, donating or buying a t-shirt… OR telling someone you know about my comic… would be AWESOME.) There’ll be a comic up tomorrow, and I promise, as always, I’ll put my best effort behind it. I’m truly sorry for all of the inconsistencies in the past, and I’ll try to keep them to a minimum in the future.

Hey, all. The fact that the next comic is a big’un, as well as my impending trip to florida next week (don’t worry, I’ll still be doing comics) means the next two updates will be Friday and Sunday instead of Thursday and Saturday. Next week will be on the regular schedule, however.

Yeah, yeah, you’ve heard it before, but here’s the thing- the comic I’ve been trying to draw is double-length, and for some reason, it’s just taking FOREVER. I don’t know if I can finish it before midnight. At any rate, since this comic was pushed back a day, so will the next one. Expect a comic on Sunday instead of saturday. That is all.

That’s right, people, the Out at Home store is officially open for business, with three t-shirt options to choose from and more ideas in the pipeline.

Sizes run from Small to XXL. Women’s-style tees are available only for the “Don’t Read This Shirt” design, due to cost restraints. However, you females out there can still purchase some of the other two designs as well if you so please. (…please?)

OK, so I finished the cast page…. sort of. New pictures are there, but the page is behaving oddly and jumbling them around. I’m going to try and fix that this week. Some of the characters have a bit of a new look, so go check it out and determine your appropriate level of appreciation or outrage.

ALSO- I’m staying with the Tues-Thurs-Sat schedule, after all. At least for right now. I couldn’t build up enough steam to push my schedule up a day, so no change to the update days as of yet.

Hi, everybody. Today’s update comes in the form of a new page up there at the top of the site^^^^^^^^^

It’s called Illustration and it’s all chock full of samples of my illustration work. A couple of them have been published, but most are my student work at the University of Hartford. It’s now the temporary homepage of my pro illustration career until I can throw something better together. Go ahead and take a look- a couple of them have been on my deviantart page and on this site, but some are brand new to the internet. Check ‘em out.

OK, bad news- I’m afraid OaH will be on semi-hiatus for the next two weeks. One of the reasons for this is that I need to finish all of my graduation-related work and I will have basically no free time until Mid-May.

BUT the other reason is that I’ll be preparing some new, exciting things to put on the site (*cough*store*cough*) and some stylistic changes to the comic itself. In the meantime, I’ll be posting twice a week, Monday and Friday, with sketches, old art, and other odds ‘n ends. Oh, also, when I come back, I’ll be returning to the Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule.

Ohhhh I’m so excited I can’t wait!
